its mandatory for a user to choose the community he lives in on the registration page to start connecting with his/her respective neighbor. In order to verify that the user belongs to the chosen community, it takes us to the next question:

why house/villa number is mandatory?
Users have to confirm their house/villa numbers within the community as a verification step to prove they actually live in the neighborhood and be given access to communicate, share and interact with their neighbors and use related services. House numbers should be entered in a pre-set format for each community with a maximum of two profiles per house number (one for the owner and one for tenant). All postings will be monitored within each community to avoid any intruders. Any offensive posts will be removed and posting member will be blocked and deleted from the community. we need to make sure that the members are neighbors for real to support the objective of this app.

its mandatory for the user to specify his status in the "Tenant" vs "Landlord" field . With this field, Landlords will be able to open private forums or send messages to other landlords to discuss issues in their respective communities that are relevant to landlords only. we are facilitating connectivity between people actually living or owning a property in each community.
